We recommend letting us know your final headcount/ confirming your rental with us no later than 5-7 days prior to your event date so that we can ship your rental to you in an orderly fashion for an on time delivery. Notifying us about your rental with less than 5 days notice could mean an increase in shipping cost or a delayed delivery time.
