Purchased equipment in unused, new condition, with all original packaging, warranty cards, and manuals, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Head-worn microphones may be returned but are non-refundable for hygienic reasons.
Custom-branded, personalized, or permanently modified items (including but not limited to logos, stickers, labels, or custom finishes) are final sale and not eligible for resale. If a return of a custom-branded item is accepted at our sole discretion, it will be subject to a 100% restocking fee, meaning no refund will be issued for the custom-branded portion of the order.
All other returned equipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your order included free shipping, the cost of that shipping may be deducted from your refund. Claims for missing or damaged-in-transit items must be received within 7 business days of delivery.
