Purchased equipment in unused new condition, with all original packaging, warranty cards & manuals, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.  Head-worn microphones are not returnable for hygienic reasons. 

All returned equipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your order included free shipping, the cost of that shipping may be deducted from your refund.  Claims for missing or damaged in transit items must be received within 7 business days of delivery.
