We understand that even the most carefully-made plans can sometimes change. As long as you let us know before your rental equipment ships, there's no charge to reschedule your rental for a later date. Even if you don't have a specific date in mind, we're happy to hold 100% of your payment as credit on account, ready for use at any point in the future. However, if you want to cancel your rental outright and receive a refund, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or credit once an order has been shipped.
